Wahab brings over 15 years of experience across audit, FMCG, and retail. He began his career with four years at PwC Pakistan, developing strong foundations in financial reporting, assurance, controls, and governance while serving leading consumer and industrial clients. He later spent 11+ years in the FMCG and retail industry, including corporate finance and plant controlling roles at Nestlé Pakistan, followed by senior leadership positions with Outfitters and Service Sales Corporation.

He has led key initiatives in financial planning and analysis, working-capital improvement, control-environment strengthening, and post-acquisition integration. His experience enables him to build disciplined, transparent, and performance-driven financial environments. He has earned his ACA qualification from ICAP.

Ms. Anum Ali is Company Secretary and Legal Manager at MFFL, delivering sharp expertise in corporate governance and high-stakes litigation. A veteran of Asma Jehangir Legal Aid Cell, Commons Law Company (under Mr. Abid Saqi and Ms. Sabahat Rizvi), and Legal Oracles (Islamabad), she excels in corporate, family, constitutional, and criminal law—mastering complex disputes and strategic compliance.

An influential educator, he has taught at Punjab University, Superior University, and University of Central Punjab. As a pioneer in founding Lahore School of Law alongside Justice (Retd.) Nasira Javed Iqbal, Mr. Wajahat Masood, and Mr. Asad Jamal, she has shaped legal education with rigor and vision.

Since joining MFFL in 2023, she drives ethical governance, risk foresight, and operational resilience with precision and integrity.
