Quality Control plays a crucial role in every step of our production process: from selecting the finest varieties of fruits and vegetables, to processing and packing. The quality control department, comprising a main modern laboratory, a line-control laboratory for the Groceries and Sugar Confectionery Divisions, a microbiology lab and an incubation lab, ensures that there are no shortcomings in quality standards during production.
